In this episode I’m chatting with super fun and super informative fellow Registered Dietician Carolyn Williams. In addition to being an award-winning dietitian, Carolyn is also a culinary nutrition expert known for recipes that make healthy eating easier, many of which she shares in her fabulous new cookbook, Meals That Heal: 100+ Everyday Anti-Inflammatory Recipes in 30 Minutes or Less.

  •   Foods rich in anti-inflammatory properties are essential in everyone’s diet, especially those suffering from chronic conditions driven by inflammation.
  •   Following an anti-inflammatory diet doesn’t mean eating bland foods; in fact, some key anti-inflammatory foods are tasty things like berries, fatty fish and nuts.
  •   When it comes to food choices, it’s important to focus on what you can eat, rather than on what you can’t.
  •   Healthy living is about finding balance in all aspects of life and listening to your body.
