Like so many all across the globe, throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve relied on at-home workouts to keep me healthy, strong, and sane. I am really excited to share this podcast episode with you. Not only is my guest super knowledgeable and interesting to speak with, but the topic of our conversation is so very timely in light of the pandemic we’re currently living through.
