Wow, you guys! It seems like so much has changed since January 14th, 2020, when my first book, The Little Book Of Game-Changers: 50 Healthy Habits For Managing Stress & Anxiety (Viva Editions) was released. Thank you so much for all of the support and enthusiasm during this year. I’m so glad that so many of you have found the book helpful. 

 

Because many of you have asked about the book writing process, today I’m sharing an  episode about my experience writing the book.

 

Though the writing process varies by individual, I made use of some strategies which can apply to writing projects of varying sizes. In this episode I discuss which were most useful as I put pen to paper and how I made use of my natural energy ebbs and flows during the writing process.
