Worry has often been my resting state, so I can relate to others who also find themselves worrying a lot. Thankfully though, there is hope for us! As I share in this episode, allowing yourself time to worry every day can go a long way in giving your mind and body the respite it needs from the negative and spiraling thoughts worrying creates.
