In this episode I’m chatting with the remarkable Jenna Segal, who is a Tony Award-winning producer and founder of Segal NYC. Jenna has also recently become the Co-Founder of Get in Shape Grrl (Broadway COVID Series), which offers free dance classes led by some of Broadway’s top dancers.

Through her prolific career Jenna has learned so very much, and she shared some great insights during our conversation, including:

  •     Sometimes the worst circumstances can bring out the best in humanity.
  •     If something is making you uncomfortable because it’s out of your wheelhouse, embrace it – it’s a learning opportunity knocking at your door.
  •     When it comes to measuring success, ask yourself whether you feel fulfilled.
  •     As a means of self-care, it’s important to stand up for yourself and your needs.
  •     Healthy living is learning to recognize what is anxiety-inducing and finding a way to assuage the feeling.
