Today I’m chatting with Linzy Ziegelbaum, fellow Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and owner of LNZ Nutrition, about some of the amazing work she’s doing helping children and adults understand that eating healthfully does not have to be hard. In this week’s episode, she shares some great advice about time management, healthy eating hacks, and learning to balance work and home life.

  •     You don’t have to do it all and it’s ok to ask for help;
  •     Healthy eating does not have to be challenging; in fact, Linzy’s sharing some very simple meals you can incorporate into your busy life;
  •     While curated images on social media may lead us to believe that results happen overnight, the reality is that hard work and dedication lead to results and they take time;
  •     The “balanced plate method” is a great approach to healthy eating; it eliminates the need for meal plans and provides for a lot of flexibility;
  •     Healthy living is more than just healthy eating — it’s also making time for yourself.
