I receive a lot of questions about navigating a gluten-free diet, so I wanted to dedicate this solo podcast to outlining some basics about gluten, the problems it can cause if consumed by someone who is either gluten intolerant or gluten sensitive, and how you can go about enjoying a variety of foods even if you’re following a gluten-free diet.


I hope this podcast helps you feel more informed and less overwhelmed as you navigate food choices and limitations (though you just might be surprised to hear how many foods you can actually eat!), especially if you or someone you care for has been newly diagnosed with celiac disease or non-celiac gluten intolerance.
