Caryn Sullivan is a two-time breast cancer survivor who spent nearly 20-years working in the world of sports and entertainment. It wasn’t until her wake-up call with stage IV cancer however, that her focus shifted from looking good to being well.
In an effort to help others embrace a lifestyle of well-being, Caryn founded Pretty Wellness where she chronicles her journey toward better health and happiness. Caryn is also the author of Happiness through Hardship and has podcast Happiness through Hardship - The Podcast where she and her guests share inspirational stories of hope.
