I am so happy you’ve joined me for this podcast episode. I’m chatting with a remarkably inspiring guest, one whom I think you’ll love learning about and learning from. Caryn Sullivan is a two-time breast cancer survivor who spent nearly 20-years working in the world of sports and entertainment. It wasn’t until her wake-up call with stage IV cancer however, that her focus shifted from looking good to being well.

In an effort to help others embrace a lifestyle of well-being, Caryn founded Pretty Wellness where she chronicles her journey toward better health and happiness. Caryn is also the author of Happiness through Hardship and has podcast Happiness through Hardship - The Podcast where she and her guests share inspirational stories of hope.

During our chat, Caryn shared so many wonderful words of wisdom, but here are some which I found to be especially impactful:

  • No matter your circumstances, remember that small steps can lead to significant changes in your life.
  • When looking for a support system, find what feels right for you and what you need.
  • There is always a way to find some joy no matter your journey.
  • Remember to be flexible with yourself; what you need today might be different from what you need tomorrow.
  • Healthy living means having healthy practices that are consistently part of your life.
