Today’s podcast guest a true inspiration. Despite battling cancer twice, Lauren Chiarello has managed to live a life filled with gratefulness and joy. She is the founder of Chi Chi Life, which allows her to blend her three passions: fitness, fundraising and events, and cancer advocacy. As you’ll hear from our conversation, Lauren loves life and bases so much of what she does around building community and fostering positive energy.

Lauren Chiarello is the founder of Chi Chi Life, which melds her passions: fitness, event production and fundraising, corporate wellness and cancer advocacy. A graduate from Villanova University with a degree in Accounting and Marketing, Lauren has 13+ years of experience fundraising and producing events for non-profits, for-profits and agencies, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

 

Lauren is a 2x Hodgkin's lymphoma cancer thriver who supports, motivates and teaches rockstars who value the importance of strengthening the mind and body. She teaches Barre, Pilates and TRX classes at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, exhale and Flex Studios. Lauren has completed multiple half and full marathons while fundraising $125,000+ for cancer charities.
