In today’s episode I am chatting with the lovely Kate Eckman who as a coach, educator and author, dedicates her work to helping high-achieving individuals reach their full potential by leveraging her expertise in communication, performance, and mindfulness. Kate is also the author of the soon to be published book, The Full Spirit Workout: A Ten-Step System to Shed Your Self-Doubt, Strengthen Your Spiritual Core, and Create a Fun and Fulfilling Life where she focuses on daily mind-body-spirit exercises and practices.

  • We so often find ourselves in roles because we think we should be in them, rather than wanting to be in them, so it’s important to honor yourself by putting yourself in alignment with you.
  • You don’t have to choose between pleasure and wellness -- both are possible.
  • Allow yourself to go on a journey of self-discovery; by doing so, you’ll uplift yourself and others.
  • Healthy living means living a life where pleasure and wellness combine, and where meaningful conversations and connections with others take place.
