While scrolling social media it’s easy to think that self-care costs a lot of money – photos of expensive exercise clothes, exclusive gyms, specialized equipment, yoga retreats in tropical paradises – all feed into the notion that you need to spend a lot of money to do self-care correctly, making it feel like it’s all out of reach.
The reality? Self-care doesn't need to cost a fortune! In fact, much of what you can do to take care of yourself is either free or low-cost!
Whether it’s going for a walk or journaling (one of my favorite self-care methods), there are lots of self-care options that will nourish your mind and body, and cost either nothing or next to nothing. In this week's episode, there's plenty more where that came from!
