In today’s episode I’m chatting with the multi-talented Whitney Tucker, who is the founder of Embodied Potential. Whitney is a diversely-educated movement trainer and practitioner that utilizes yoga, Pilates, and various modalities of athletic training to support people in their physical journeys. Whitney is also the creator of an 8-week course called Sync To Thrive, designed to help women balance their hormones, optimize their health and increase energy.

 

As you’ll hear, Whitney has so many wonderful nuggets of wisdom to share, but here are some of my favorites:  

  •     In moments of uncertainty it’s important to not look for an end; instead, it’s helpful to settle into life as it is, and acknowledge the potential positives that may come to us.
  •     Breathwork is a wonderful tool which can play a big role in increasing one’s immunity and mindset.
  •     Healthy living means drawing from your familial legacy and doing what you can to live your healthiest life.
