In today’s episode I’m chatting with the multi-talented Whitney Tucker, who is the founder of Embodied Potential. Whitney is a diversely-educated movement trainer and practitioner that utilizes yoga, Pilates, and various modalities of athletic training to support people in their physical journeys. Whitney is also the creator of an 8-week course called Sync To Thrive, designed to help women balance their hormones, optimize their health and increase energy.
