During this pandemic, I’ve really been enjoying touching base with some of my previous guests who have relevant wisdom to share. In today’s episode I’m chatting with repeat guest Dr. Serena Goldstein, a Naturopathic Doctor who specializes in hormone health and the mind-body approach to hormone balance and weight loss. Through individualized treatment plans, Dr. Serena offers her patients the necessary tools to help them feel empowered and understanding of their own self.
