When life’s inevitable stressors hit, do you find yourself hit with an insatiable urge to snack? You’re not alone! Stress eating is a common and totally normal coping mechanism for many of us. And while there are things outside of eating that we can do to reduce the effects of stress (like going for a brisk walk or sharing your thoughts and concerns with a friend), sometimes eating is the best way to support our body’s natural stress response.


In this podcast, I’m sharing some of my favorite stress eating foods like pistachios and oranges, and so much in between. Best of all, many of the foods I eat and recommend to my clients are super easy to keep on hand for when a stressful moment hits.
