Jill Ozovek is the Founder of The Career Passport and as a career coach, and learning and development advisor, she’s familiar with the ongoing struggle people encounter when trying to balance work, health and self-care.
In this episode, we talk openly about some of the challenges she’s faced when trying to focus on self-care and how sometimes the best way for her to connect with herself is to slow down and stop stressing.
You can connect with Jill via her website at The Career Passport, on Instagramand Twitter.
Jill Ozovek (CPC, ACC, ELI-MP) is a learning and development strategist for companies and a certified career development coach for individuals. She’s got a knack for helping 30-something women (and others!) connect the dots between what they’ve done their whole career and the possibilities that exist for their next move - and she helps them get there!
She’s a huge proponent of career satisfaction (versus the ever-fleeting concept of career happiness) and also works with companies to better retain and engage their incredible talent with new manager trainings, leadership training, executive coaching and a workshop series. She loves traveling, leading walking food tours in Queens of hole-in-the-wall restaurants, cooking/eating (mostly eating), reading and spending time with her family.
